If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email info@quantumsecurity.ai with your order number and we'll process the refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
What we ask
We don't require a reason, but if something wasn't right — the template didn't match the description, a formula was broken, or it wasn't what you expected — we'd genuinely like to know so we can fix it for future buyers.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for purchases where the files have been materially used to produce a deliverable for an end client or submitted as part of a compliance or audit process. If you're unsure whether a product is right for your use case before purchasing, email us first.
