If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email compliance@ciso.diy with your order number and we'll process the refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
What we ask
We don't require a reason, but if something wasn't right — the template didn't match the description, a formula was broken, or it wasn't what you expected — we'd genuinely like to know so we can fix it for future buyers.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for purchases where the files have been materially used to produce a deliverable for an end client or submitted as part of a compliance or audit process. If you're unsure whether a product is right for your use case before purchasing, email us first.
